If you are experiencing an Invalid Login Token error while logging in, please try resetting your cookies and cache:

On Google Chrome or Edge:

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner, then go to Settings
  2. Select Privacy and security (or Privacy, search, and services in Edge) > Clear browsing data
  3. Under the Time range dropdown, select All time
  4. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear data
  6. Refresh Chrome or Edge and try logging in again.

        5. How to create an account

        You will need to create an account to apply for support. To register, you will need to provide some basic information; you will also have to complete a first stage eligibility check. Once you’ve registered, you will be able to log in using your password to submit and manage your applications. If when registering you receive an error that says a user already exists with these details, please use the Forgot Password function.
